the pools were great for families. my little one especially loved the splash area , it was a highlight. the hotel maintained clean grounds , which i found reassuring. the animation team entertained the children, and the entertainment felt sufficient.

the apartment was small and felt worn, it needed updating, also, i found the deposit system for everything annoying, paying extra for basic things felt cheap.

The swimming pool was very enjoyable. there was enough space, and 3 pools provided options. the breakfast was also very good. It offered a lot of choice.

The bar staff were unfortunately a bit unhappy. the evening shows were not very good. daytime entertainment was only okay. This let the resort down.

The pools were quite nice. There was enough space and three pools to choose from. The breakfast offered MANY options. Lunch and dinner were also adequate.

The room was unfortunately quite GROTTY. The bathroom was especially bad. Someone's shampoo dried on the shower wall. There was also mold and broken walls in the bathroom.

The room had sufficient space for our needs. The kitchen included a microwave and refrigerator , which allowed us to prepare some meals. The balcony offered a nice spot to relax in the evening. I really found the overall layout to be functional.

I did notice some wear and tear on the furniture.

Multiple pools were available, and lifeguards supervised the pool areas. There were several options for dining , with a restaurant across the street. Entertainment was provided for both children and adults.

The location provides easy access to nearby shops and bus routes. The beach is within walking distance , about five minutes away on foot. A larger supermarket is also within walking distance.

The staff are helpful and always at hand to assist with any queries. The reception staff was very kind. Daily room cleaning with towel changes occurred regularly , ensuring a fresh environment.

the hotel provided travel cots and stair gates, useful amenities for families with young children. the air-conditioned indoor play area offered respite during the hottest part of the day. a children's disco occurred every evening (a fun activity for the kids).

i found a lack of soap in the room upon arrival, quite inconvenient. the receptionist directed me to find a store at a late hour to purchase soap. the overall cleanliness seemed questionable because of this.
